As Palace Wine Bar Steward, I’m inviting you to our first “Deep Dive” event, an exploration of wines from Spain, France, Croatia, Chile, Napa Valley, Paso Robles, and an added surprise. Our Deep Dives take a classic “anywhere in the world” format, where I invite the reps we purchase wine from for kaleidoscopic tastings and chitchat about grapes, styles, terroirs and traditions.

You “buy” a glass for $20 and start sampling wherever you like. Fan out in our comfortable room, order up some nosh if you like, and visit the sample table between bites and conversation to taste something new.

Our first guest, Alan Doughty from Novovino, a small specialty importer of family driven estate wines, is a world traveler himself, with a wealth of knowledge about wine and the properties Novovino showcases.

You can purchase any of the wines tasted at the conclusion of the event, and your initial $20 is credited to your wine purchase. That’s a full win!
