On Saturday, August 8, from 7–9 PM, we're thrilled to welcome Despina to Palace Wine Bar. A gifted singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist, Despina's music draws from the rich traditions of Americana, folk, bluegrass, and country. She is also a member of Chicago's acclaimed all-female Fox Crossing Stringband, where her expressive vocals and masterful mandolin and fiddle playing have earned audiences throughout the Midwest.

Her intimate performances blend heartfelt sounds and thoughtfully chosen favorites, creating the perfect soundtrack for a mellow summer evening.
